Anyway he said it is only 15 minutes NHS appointment and time is almost over. We literally both argued with each other. Since then my son was checked by Another dentist, who was very sweet in each appointment. She knew how to handle the situation with toddlers and mothers. We are very thankful for her.

A member of our Welcome Team will put you at ease from the moment you enter our clinic. We limit the number of appointments each day, so you will be seen punctually. If you are early for your appointment, you are welcome to sit in our waiting room until your dentist or clinician comes to greet you. They will bring you to their surgery and introduce you to the dental nurse assisting. In our comfortable treatment chairs you can listen to music to aid relaxation; we also offer sedation options if you are especially nervous of treatment. We keep our clinic immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming. We sterilise all instruments between patients using state-of-the-art equipment, and all surfaces are disinfected. Any ready-sterilised surgical items and all cups, gloves and hand towels are disposed of after a single use. As a medical setting we will continue to adhere to guidelines set out by governing bodies, and will still work with enhanced PPE personal protective equipment , virus filtration and a stringent infection control policy in place to protect our patients and team.
