Hi - my sonos connect amp has been working fine but is no longer responding or showing in my system. It has a flashing white light and when I connected it to Ethernet has a green light and a similarly flashing amber light on the Ethernet port. I have tried the troubleshooter a few times and then tried a factory reset, but it just goes back to flashing white. Best answer by Airgetlam 18 December , Factory resets are almost never the answer. I reset it, got the flashing green light, the sub connected to the wi-fi and I was able to have it appear on the app in the room where it belongs. However, it would not connect to the surround sound. Any thoughts? Best answer by GuitarSuperstar 3 September ,
