The fastest way to bypass the maze entirely is to get on top of the walls, then run to a spot just south of the eastern solid section in the center shown below. Drop down and you will find a path with acorns leading in toward the central chamber, where you can activate the shrine. Make sure you also activate the Zonai panel in the room with the shrine in order to unlock the Sky Labyrinth directly above it. The quickest way to reach the entrance on the north side is to use the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and glide to the nearby East Gerudo Sky Archipelago.
