Voron's involvement in Conviction appears to be limited to providing field operative Mikhail Loskov call-sign Kestrel to work with Third Echelon Splinter Cell Daniel Sloane-Suarez call-sign Archer , as Voron appears to cede operational control entirely to Third Echelon.
