Grandma is the grandmother of Skid and the mother of Lila. She only appears in it's spooky month. Her appearance is like that of a zombie, an almost rotting corpse, but she seemingly managed to live despite this in the first episode, spooky month characters.
Frank "Hey, kids A shady man always seen in his white van, Frank makes a living out of abducting children off the street, drugging them up to knock them out and putting out a ransom for the parents to cough up if they want their kid back. He's a good friend of Skid and Pump. Adipose Rex : As a child , he went out for Halloween as a king, while still retaining the hefty figure he has in present day. Affably Evil : He kidnaps children that aren't Skid and Pump and sells them back to their parents for a ransom, yet when it comes to Skid and Pump, he's always kind and helpful towards them.

As the Happy Fella. Early Installment Character-Design Difference : In his first appearance, his mask has long pointed ears rather than the devil horns he'd become known for in "Tender Treats". He hasn't spooky month characters able to do much for the next two years afterwards.

Streber is a man dressed up as a vampire who works at a haunted house. He also has been attacked by Bob Velseb, causing him to lose one of his arms. Streber welcomes Skid and Pump to the haunted house, but is approached and attacked by Bob Velseb after they go inside. Bob Velseb had taken off and eaten Streber's left forearm, which becomes known later. He is then seen trembling and dying on the porch of the house, with Skid and Pump thinking it is just a realistic effect.

Mayor Narciso G. The mayor of Skid's and Pump's town, who makes it his top priority to have Bob Velseb be taken out, dead or alive. Agent Scully : He doesn't believe John's tellings of the cult roaming around town, believing him to just be making excuses. Even when John tells him they burnt down his house, Evermore pins the blame on John for never turning off his coffee maker. Jerkass Has a Point : Despite his arguments boiling down to Insane Troll Logic , he is right that Jack isn't exactly the most competent cop. And for how dismissive he is of the cult, it is understandable that he'd want the police to pursue a long-lasting, and very active Serial Killer that's already killed 8 people recently, over a shady cult that doesn't appear to have done much harm in comparison. Large Ham : Almost everything he says, he says by bellowing it at the top of his lungs. John: They burned down my house! Evermore: Your house is a fire hazard!

Bitch in Sheep's Clothing : Despite his pleasant demeanor around clients, he makes it obvious that he enjoys killing vermin a little too much , and that he even views cats as just another kind of pest he wants to destroy. Justified , as they're made of plastic, while the rest of him is plush. Hero Killer : The Piper sucessfully hypnotizes most of the main and recurring characters barring Skid, and judging by what happens to John and Jack, they all walk into a deep hole and fall to their presumed deaths. Absolutely none of it is genuine, as his murders and threats can attest to. Your Soul Is Mine! Faux Affably Evil : Can act polite and soft-spoken, such as when he talks with Skid and Pump about playing hide-and-seek, or when he offers a fact about the preparation or consumption of meat. He screams as he flies into the oven, and the camera is placed inside the oven so that the void of his mouth as he screams provides a cut to black to the next scene. Interestingly, Lila's photo at the end of "Tender Treats" shows a young Frank with normal eyes. I Have Your Wife : He kidnaps kids and then ransoms them back to their parents. In "Tender Treats", he successfully attacks and mutilates one poor guy Streber and leaves him for dead, and also fatally stabs another man in the bathroom, so that brings the total to about 9 or 10 known victims, not counting other missing people he may have also killed in the past. Connected All Along : The Newgrounds ending of "Tender Treats" shows John and Patty uncovering an amulet on his corpse matching the one worn by the cultists, revealing Bob and the cult were working together after they broke him out of prison. Public Domain Character : Moloch is the name of a Biblical demon, who was originally a Canaanite god that was worshiped with child sacrifices ; which fits the Spooky Month character's desire to kill and eat Skid and Pump. She may or may not have died in the fire that burned down John 's house. Sinister Switchblade : Picks a switchblade while at the police station and attempts to use it on the Thieves, only to be thwarted by Jack happening to walk by, who then takes it back. My Brain Is Big : Most of its body is brain, with extra eyeballs for good measure. Would Hurt a Child : He tries to abduct any kids that aren't Skid and Pump by drugging them with sedatives, in order to hold them for ransom from their parents. Evil Former Friend : A Twitter post by a background artist reveals that the old childhood photo Lila had with Pump's father and Jaune in "Tender Treats" also had a young Frank on the far right side of the image, implying that Frank was once friends, or at the very least, acquaintances with the other adults.
