Spyro tree tops Tops is a rather complex level with much fewer landmarks than most in the game. As such the descriptions for these Dragons will be a little more involved than the others. When you start the level, follow the main route forward and up some steps until you get to a view to Glide to a spot with an archway and a Red Thief.

On this page you'll find the walkthrough for Spyro's Tree Tops level. It's known to be one of the more challenging levels of the Spyro games. Head into the first room and kill the Banana Boy and his big brother, the Strongarm, for two Blue Gems. Continue up the steps and kill the next two Strongarms to collect a Green and Blue Gem, then continue onto the balcony and kill the two Banana Boys for their Blue and Green Gems. Kill the two Strongarms in the lower area for a Gold and Blue Gem, ignore the Strong Chest, and hop up the steps, picking up three Red Gems along the way. As a heads up, when you go off the next Supercharge ramp, there will be a Sealed Chest in the landing zone you can only break while Supercharging. Charge down the ramp, jump off the lip like Isaak suggested to fly to Island A2, then bash through the Sealed Chest to collect its Gold Gem. Leap off of the ramp to travel from Island A2 to A3. Glide over to it and look for the Whirlwind on your left as you walk up; take it to return to the starting point. Go up the steps in the first room again and look for the two windows on your left; jump through the right-hand one to land on a walkway, the start of Path B. In the arena with the pillars at the top, take out the two Banana Boys in the middle and edge of the arena for two Blue Gems. Return to the top of the steps and hop up to the outcropping and carefully Charge the two Metal Chests to get their Green Gems. Glide over to the island in front of you, Island B2, and free the Dragon Lyle.

Jump through the right-hand window to land on the walkway: progress through here and all the way up to the very top of the steps. Leave feedback.

It is also the first world to use Thieves which steal Gems and not Eggs. Based on tree houses with ramps, those who find controlling a faster Spyro difficult will probably dislike this place. But, you need this speed in order to get one of the hardest dragons in the game and to catch up to those pesky Thieves. Here's a tip: The longer you've been supercharging, the higher the jump will be!

Gunners are tricky opponents due to their namesake guns, but they can be defeated with a Charge. At the ramp to the next area, stop at the bottom and look right to find a side section with two Green Gems, a Red Gem, and three Chests with three Green Gems. Now cross past the ramp and kill the Laser Gnorc for a Blue Gem, then turn left. Ignore anything else you see for now and go up the ramp. Turn right from their position to find two Chests containing a Green and Blue Gem. Check the other side of the steps for a 1up Oyster, then look towards the ramp behind you to see four Red Gems. Return to the steps and hop up them to free the Dragon Claude.
