I got the starter kit just so I could get a discount on what I was already buying. But a lot has changed in those twenty plus years I'm living my dream! A Utah businesswoman and her husband, owners of multi-level marketing company Stampin' Up! At Thursday's press conference announcing the indictment, Bridegan's widow accused the couple of keeping his children separated from the rest of the family, and publicly called for them to put an end to it. Shanna Gardner-Fernandez was formally charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, solicitation to commit first-degree murder, and child abuse. All the charges are related to the shooting death of Bridegan on Feb. The high-profile investigation began when Bridegan, who graduated from Utah Valley University, was shot and killed on his way home from dropping off his twins at Gardner-Fernandez's home when he stopped to move a tire from the road, according to police reports in the case. They believed it was placed in the roadway in an attempt to get Bridegan to stop. When he exited the vehicle to move the tire, police stated he was ambushed by a man who shot him to death in front of his and his now-widow's oldest child. A year-old suspect was arrested and charged in January. He pleaded guilty, according to court records. On Thursday, Nelson announced her " last public update on the investigation of the murder of Jared Bridegan" with the news that Shanna Gardner-Fernandez had been arrested and charged.
