Im making a single thread since ive seen many many different people having the same typ of issue where when booting in to the game, you get to the loading screen. Now, i have been in contact with steam support, microsoft support and playground games developer of the game and no one is willing to actually try and do anything about the issue. So, here comes a quick troubleshooting guide to locate the issue and hopefully we can get more people in the same boat. Ive done so much trouble shooting of stuff that shouldnt be even near a possibility for the game to not run. Now, try theese different steps as written down below! Step 1: if you start the game, and it crashes as described above. Search for "eventlogger" in the search collumn in Windows.

Nearly a decade before this week's launch of Forza Horizon 5 , the Forza Horizon series began life as a plucky, goofy offshoot of the "serious" Forza Motorsport racing games. Forza Horizon 5 remains merely the best open-world driving game you can buy— the same thing we said about 's Forza Horizon 4. That means it's good, it's fun, and it's pretty. And it skips a few obnoxious modern trends, letting you simply play by yourself without microtransaction-related meddling. But FH5 increments the digit in its title without much additional iteration, which means it's hardly a "must buy," especially if you already played FH4. That's unless you happen to own a current-gen Xbox or a killer gaming PC, though—in which case, FH5 primarily scores big as a drool generator.

BillThePleaser December 18, , pm Edit: The same thing would happen if you use programs like Cheat Engine but I think with this one it's even worse because I've seen a discussion here a few days ago where a steam user said they had it open after using it on another game but they didn't close it and they received notification of cheating program when they tried to play FH5 so go figure If i sign back in with my main mircosoft account it dies the same as before. You need to sign in with a micrsoft account when playing a game via steam, but nothing is saved on that microsoft account at all. Search for "eventlogger" in the search collumn in Windows. Go to "Windwos-Logs" and then "Programs", then search for "Fault" on level big red circle and "Application Error" on source.
