Great management and staff at this location that always offer quick and friendly service. Like any Starbucks they can be lined up like crazy during busy times but I don't think I have ever had a mistake made on my order. Will continue to visit this location for sure. Tried an Americano Nuevo today. Came out quickly, and it was delicious. The baristas at the Outlet Collection location are always friendly and knowledgeable. My drink was so awesome I went back and got another one. I found the second one too strong so they changed it for me plus the refilled my first one! I also saw them give out a gift card to someone they felt waited too long for their order even though the customer never once complained.
