Stepper motor mercadolibre
My problem is that I need to control the position of 12 inkjet heads of an industrial printer, stepper motor mercadolibre. Each one needs to be in a precise and steady-fix position during printing.
But the problem: I don't know how to connect to the arduino to control it. Could you help me with any guide about how connect this motor to the arduino? You need a stepper motor driver with at least 3A output - and for full performance a supply in the 24V to 80V range. No I dont need a full performance, the application is only for moving the angle of solar panel transmitting the power trough a screw mechanism, basically this solar panel give me only 12v and I don't know if the motor can move itself with this voltage. That driver can be made to work but it would be the least desirable solution primarily because it has no current limiting feature. Look for a driver based on the TB chip.

Difference between LD is its increase in output current and power. It's output current is 2A, 4A at highest. The highest working voltage is 50V. It can drive inductive load, such as high power DC motor, stepping motor, gear motor, servo motor, solenoid valve, etc. When driving DC machine, it can directly control the step motor, and realize turning the motor forwardly and reversedly. To realize this function, you only need to change the logic level at the input. This module has features of small volume, convenient in control. Using this module will enable you to control your motor freely. It can also meet the need of high-power step-motor projects. This module can control two-phase, three-phase, four-phase motor. Support two-way DC motor drive control, 4-phase stepper motor control.
It can directly drive V DC motor, and provides a 5V output interface input minimum 6Vcan provide power for a 5V SCM circuit system low ripple coefficientsupport 3, stepper motor mercadolibre. The motors would be in a lateral side of the conveyor, and will only move in stepper motor mercadolibre change. First question - What level are your micro and electro-mechanical skills?
Looks like a different circuit, this may have optoisolator instead of transistors. Note: Your email address is included with the abuse report. Seems we are running parallel threads. See Howard's "Slipstick" message. Dissipation in that linear regulator needs to be watched. This looks like a good solution.

Hello, Mariano. How to connect a Nema 23 Stepper Motor to Ardunino. It can also meet the need of high-power step-motor projects. I'm a senior electromechanical engineer, my experience is mainly in industrial robot integration, artificial vision, electromechanical solutions as well as CAD design. Regards, Mariano. For sure it is more expensive. More Options More. My idea is to connect each head to a screw-nut assy like in a CNC machine, and control position of all of them using stepper motors. I read a couple of threads here and they are all about particular errors that don't help me much, despite they suddenly end with no happy ending.. It's output current is 2A, 4A at highest. This module can control two-phase, three-phase, four-phase motor. Dissipation in that linear regulator needs to be watched. So, here is my question: Where to begin? Project Guidance. Also I'm installing a vision OCR system to check robustness of the variable data printed, so it would be great to use the vision data to calibrate real time the paper feeder guide vanes in cases where the paper starts drfiting away, of course using a 13th or 14th motor Por favor, vuelve a intentarlo. You can run the motor at lower current if its not having to work hard, BTW, which opens up possibility of a cheaper driver like the A Pololu's etc Thanks for your help. Chagrin May 30, , am 4. The voltage controls how quickly the motor can step, while the current controls the torque. Electromechanical skills is not a problem, this is where I feel more confident. Thanks for the reply. Just fyi: OK, I never used Arduino, so I decided to search the web about the basics but it's so vast that I'm kinda lost.
I will know, many thanks for an explanation.
All about one and so it is infinite
