Ultimate DLC downloaded on my Switch, the main one I can't find is the DLC for Joker, I don't remember exactly what happened because this happened a year ago, and I never heard of GameFaqs but what I think happened was: I had the Piranha Plant which I got from the thing Nintendo did and Joker DLC fighters, I think I pressed "Archive Software" which deletes the data of the software for free software space, but then, for some reason, when I went back into the game, Joker wasn't there but Piranha Plant was, and I still have no idea what happened, I searched up stuff like "nintendo switch my dlc isnt showing up in game and there is no download button anywhere" but I got no anwser, someone, please tell me how to get my DLC back, I will answer questions for more information if you do, please help. Have you tried simply looking it up on the eShop and seeing if it can be downloaded directly from there? Sometimes some software doesn't come altogether when redownloading for one reason or another so you may need to redownload or update in order to access it. Honestly, based on the other comments to your question directly, this sounds like a "contact "Nintendo" solution. They would not only have access to your account in the event something is wonky there, but they would be able to walk you through step by step live on how to resolve your situation. So if you have not already figured this out by now, then I strongly suggest you contact Nintendo and see what they can offer in terms of solutions.

I had Mario Kart on a Switch bought as a bundle with the Switch. Same account used, primary console re instated etc. Any help welcome. I got a second switch and I can play it on both, though I have the Online Subscription so I can transfer my data. Only reason it doesn't show up is the wrong account is trying to access the re-download on the wrong NSO account. That's the only reason I can think that it will not show up. You can access the game on either console but you can't play at the same time. That will require another different account or eShop purchased on different account or 2nd physical cart to play Mario Kart. All other games are fine.

I don't have a conclusive answer as on my switch I only have one account set up, but I do know there is a way to collect games from each region by using the account system, and by proxy have multiple eshop accounts.

He tried to tell me I couldn't so that's the real reason I did it. I have now tried to reinstall it and it won't allow me. I go into the E shop and it says Purchased so none of the buttons work. This was a Free Download when it was originally installed in case that matters. On the next screen select redownload software or purchased software or something like that. You can only redownload games using the Nintendo Account that was used to purchase the game. These steps will redownload a game and all purchased DLC associated with the game. You can also choose to redownload only certain content individually. Games that have been archived not deleted will still have an icon on the HOME Menu, and can be redownloaded by anyone on the console. Games that have been deleted will not have an icon on the HOME Menu, and can only be redownloaded with the Nintendo Account that was originally used to purchase them. It sounds like you are using the same account on 2 consoles? If the game does not appear in the list of previously purchased titles, a different Nintendo Account was originally used to purchase the game. All save data associated to the user account will be deleted. He is the main account holder on that switch. If this wasn't connected to any profiles on current Switch then it probably doesn't exists. Also, using the same account in multiple switches is a no go. The game should be in that list. Select the game in the list of previously purchased titles, then select the orange icon to redownload. Go to the eshop using the main account on that system, then go to the upper right corner of the screen, you should see a small icon of the user's image with an arrow pointing to the right, click it, then when it loads, you should see your account info on the left side of the page, with wish list under that and Redownload under that, go to Redownload and select what you want to redownload. Nice work! If that's the case, you're quickest way to a solution is probably to contact Nintendo Support. Have the nintendo support site opened when you call, in case they point you to a page of directions to get you on your way Just remember, the new pokemon game is a Legends spin off, not a main line game.
