You need to finish certain dungeon till and have certain character to be writen as dead in warren report before finishing chapter 4 to be able to proceed to coda 2.

I think it's easiest to deal with Arcyelle's loyalty still if you do Neutral first and avoid the drop but you can still raise it quick enough through other means if you don't. After the battle, try to move anywhere else to see a scene with Warren and Mirdyn. Mirdyn will join your party afterward, and you'll get some White Knight Classmarks to boot. Boed Fortress is your next destination. After the battle, return to Almorica Castle to progress the story. The next destination in red is Port Asyton, but you'll get ambushed at Tynemouth Hill beforehand, so be prepared. Before continuing on to Port Asyton, go south to Krysaro to view a cutscene with Leonar.
