Following up on a status review email, multiple bots told me that if I kept the page open the first available agent would with me - that never happened; when I asked the chat bot how long would it be, I was told that they cannot connect me with an agent- same page, same conversation. Whenever they sent a code to my email and I refreshed the page from my email to enter it, it looped me back to sign in or open acct. Multiple times when I signed in, I was told that my email and password were associated with another account so I was not allowed to sign in- they are not- for sure. Have been trying to port I. My number for over a week and repeatedly get nowhere. Super frustrating, incredibly poor customer service and inability to design a Web site, bot chat, security code input than actual work seem beyond this companies capabilities.
