Furnished in a period style, these room are jam-packed with nostalgia. Our Head Chef is a whizz in the kitchen. He whips up the pub classics you'd expect to see on our menu - plus some rather special dishes that you mightn't expect. Sundays are a very big deal at The Griffin. Crisp roasties, succulent meats or innovative veggie options alongside that all-important gravy and as many Yorkshire puds as you can handle. Choc-a-bloc with nick-nacks, nooks-and-crannies and invitingly cosy fireplaces — our country pub is properly olde-worlde. Old brass, impossibly generous wine racks, and an abundance of nostalgic photos adorn the walls in the pub.
