I hated this movie as the sitter movie 2011 as any other terrible, unfocused, unintelligent R-rated raunchy comedy that tries so hard to be crude and vulgar for any kind of laugh and mostly falls down dead. Listen—everyone, even the younger characters, are spewing the worst profanities because they love hearing them!

A genial layabout gets talked into baby-sitting for three rambunctious children, and by the end of the evening they've gotten him into trouble all over town, involving cocaine, auto theft, cops, party-crashing and sex, in what the star, Jonah Hill , genially describes in his own trailer as "the filthiest R-rated babysitter movie ever made. I am so very, very tired of movies like this. Does the story line strike you as original? It sounds to me like another slice off the cheesecake of dreck. The three kids are blameless. They are smartass Slater Max Records , cutie pie Blithe Landry Bender and explosives hobbyist Rodrigo Kevin Hernandez , who has been adopted into the family, because this movie will try anything to get a Latino into the cast.

What begins as the typical set up for disaster turns into a quest to score cocaine for Marisa, who dangles the libido carrot to get what she wants from Noah. Bad decisions get worse, and so on. Fortunately for them, first time feature writers Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka can only be blamed for the story, not the execution. So this might have been a mistake for Green, as a career that once seemed to be developing into the second coming of Judd Apatow is now two films deep in its descent into whatever hell Adam Sandler films go to though not from a box office standpoint. Nobody makes any sense, and unfortunately that takes the humor out of most of the scenes in the film. It eventually becomes irrelevant what any of the characters do or say and almost less important what happens to them of course we know the kids are going to end up okay.
