In the process, Jules dies, and Luke gets bit. The rest of the group manages to make it to the hospital where Judith rests and Daryl refuses help from Carol. The heartbreaking scene causes Daryl to take action, beginning a blood transfusion for Judith. But the group hardly has time to rest as the hospital is breeched by walkers.
