Simply put Thermal Sunder doubles existing heat procs with every cast, and Archon Vitality makes that triple. That means when an enemy has Heat procs Heat Thermal sunder will double the dmg from all combined and Archon vit would tripple?

Hopefully after this you will understand the ability well enough to apply it's effects to any situation as you like, prefer, or as is needed. It changes depending on what proc they have when you cast, and which one you have, all orders will react violently, and can be very useful:.
