I like this lisptick, the colour is nice but the packaging get dirty easily and way too much product comes out of the tube, but apart from that its a nice, creamy lipsticks that dries semi-matte.

I've had this lovely lipstick for quite a while, as I bought it whilst on my honeymoon in America last year. With that in mind, I've had lots of time to trial it and put it under the test in different situations! Too Faced is a brand I'd heard so much about, so when I was in Sephora I was instantly drawn to the stand mostly because the packaging is just gorgeous on everything! The 'Melted' liquid lipsticks now come n several formulas, such as matte and more recently leather effect, but the one I picked up is the original formula in the shade 'Melted Fig'. The lipstick comes in squeezable tube with a soft sponge applicator. The product comes out of the sponge when you squeeze the tube- I love this, as it means you hardly use any product at all for each application. One thing to note is that I can imagine when you are close to finishing the tube it would be tricky to get the last bits of product out of the tube. Those who are extra determined could cut the tube open and use a lip brush, but I haven't quite got to that stage yet! I found that the lipstick doesn't really dry, so the finish is a little glossy. I personally really like this finish but I am usually more of a matte-lip kinda girl, so I'd love to try the matte formula next! The shade I chose was 'Melted Fig', which was one of the muted colours to choose from. The image above shows it better than I could ever describe it, but I would describe it as a lilac-toned pink. The thing I love most about this lipstick is that the colour is really buildable. On days where I fancy a more subtle wash of colour, I glide the lipstick on without squeezing any of the product out of the tube.

I love this product! I got the Christmas packaging from Sephora that had 4 of these colors and definitely worth it. I use one of the colors FIG daily and it's almost a year now and I still have a I own 4 of these. I mainly bought them for their color, rather than product quality. For me, one of the main things I look for in a lip color is longevity. These do not have that. I find that their I got a small tube as a sample using sephora points in shade "chihuahua". Such a lovely shade and great formulation!!!
