This September is an especially exciting month to rank Standard decks, because these rankings help show the aftermath of the latest Standard rotation. For those who have been following these rankings each month, it makes sense to expect new decks and major changes to the rankings after a set rotation. The good cards in Standard that didn't rotate out of the format are even better now because the format is a bit smaller.
