We were looking for a specific wine and one of the workers I forget his name took time to walk us to the section to help locust. It was no longer in stock but he pointed at some which were Came in looking for an extra special boutique bottle of Scotch. I knew they would have options and they did. Thanks Total Wine! The one thing I really enjoy about this place is when I'm looking for that one specific thing there's always a staff member that knows exactly where it is! They always have what I am looking for and the service is always friendly. I am not looking for much more out of a place I buy my beer. These stores are amazing! I wish we had them at home!

They helped us with deciding how much beer we would need for the number of people that had RSVP'd, they ordered extra of the beer we were looking at to make sure they would have it in stock, they helped us decide on total wine & more tucson wines that would fit ou We wanted wine as our favor at our wedding and we never thought twice about going to BFW!
