TSKB has announced its financial results for the year As of year-end, we expanded our primarily foreign currency-denominated loan portfolio by 5 percent on a FX-adjusted basis. The notes have fully discretionary non-cumulative interest payments and are subject to partial or full write-down if the group's common equity Tier 1 CET1 ratio falls below 5. The principal write-down can be reversed and written up at full discretion of the issuer if positive distributable net profit is recorded.
