Customer satisfaction??? Tenant Screening Verify prospective tenants. I was willing to pay to cleaning charges. It opened 2 hours after my scheduled pickup!! He doesn't know and won't look it up for me. I got no where with Uhaul, I have submitted a dispute of the charge with my bank as well as a request with Uhaul Corporate Office to reimburse me for overdraft fee's. UHaul are crooks and liars. Not only would it make things right, but it would restore my faith and goodwill in U-Haul once again - after all these years! It started off with a scheduled one-way 10' Truck pick up on August 15, - which was by far the worst experience I have had thus far during my many years of using U-Haul!! The manager barely made eye contact as she explained that it was not their fault.

We signed a 6 month lease for a condo and haven't been able to stay there. He then acts as though that's what we agreed upon. If that's not a shady business plan, I don't know what is. Did the manager at the pick up location drop the ball, or U-Haul. No response or callback. Everytime I can to pick up they couldn't help me. If not, I would have got the 20' for less money. Think about this for a second. Now it was my turn. This entire disaster is unacceptable behavior and poor customer service practice. She did ask me though why I "just didn't go back in the afternoon.
