Organic molecules make up everything around us, including our food, medicine, and fuels. The ability to design and make molecules is thus an essential pursuit. By inventing tools to construct molecular architecture, we aid the search for better therapeutics, sustainable materials, and renewable energies. Research Abstract Jonathan Feng's work is at the interface of physics and astronomy and explores the deep connections between our understanding of the Universe at the smallest and largest length scales. Feng's research spans topics in cosmology and astroparticle, particle, and nuclear physics. He is recognized both for his leadership as founding Co-Spokesperson of the FASER, the Forward Search Experiment at CERN, and as a central figure in the theoretical study of dark matter, through his work in constructing models, deducing observational consequences, and motivating and interpreting experimental searches.
