He has created his own crust, sauces, and toppings over the years, resulting in Uncle Pizza's unique handmade flavors. Uncle Pizza makes classic chewy New Jersey crust, with Chicago style flavor on top. All of our sauces and dressings are handmade. Our crusts are hand-tossed when you order. Happy with the service!
