Staff speaks good English. Free drinks in lounge bar were a nice extra! Environment is great ,cosy and easy to access. Staff are friendly and trying very their best to communicate with us in English. Building is just next to office block , you can see real Japanese working lifestyle. We were very lucky to have a free room upgrade with a very nice view! The hotel room was quite large. Bed was very comfy. All the staff spoke English and were extremely nice. The hotel is connected to Shimbashi station by an underground pass. Brekky, location of hotel, daily bottle of water, fresh towels, and always warm and friendly staff throughout. Excellent service with well mannered staff. Loved the space of the rooms and value of this hotel and staff were fabulous and kind. Very well located, easy access to multiple directions.
