How do you get a Hub 5? I have called the support team only to be virgin media hub 5 that the Hub 5 has the same specs as my current Hub 4, which it does not as I just want the 2. The person who answered the call was not much help at all and just said I could not have one after it took them over 20 minutes to find something out.

Can anyone let me know if I would see any benefit in switching from a Hub 3 to a newer Hub 5 as just been offered a switch?
