My complaint was raised on 16th Oct for replacement of the compressor, its 1. Almost 3 months crossed still the problem in not rectified yet, while logging the complaint they have promised that the compressor would replace in 10 days. I have called the customer care call center on daily to get the request update status.. Just reading the problem description, not maintaining complaint update history its very disappointing. Not happy with Voltas customer care service, No call backup, No status update of the customer complaints, No email response from concern teams. Is this review helpful? I m facing the same issue since last 4p days.

We buy this AC in August and this is in gurrante. I purchased this ac and after 24 hour cooling was gone n i complain customer care n they can tell me a one part pcb fault n voltas replace me within a 7 days n warrenty coverd for 5 years Installation is hassle free, you can get customer care support for its. The person coming to do AC free service is charging money and demanding on his own which is bad iam a customer. If you are buying voltas ac for its quality and features then let me warn you that if u face any problem with the ac, the company will not provide u service asap , they will take time as long as they can take, n u will regret buying it. Every time service center is asking to wait 3 more days, repetitive bluff. Installation is hassle free, you can get customer care support for its. My India product is best. My AC is 1 yr 1month old now the board inside is not working they r charging 8k..
