I came across some water trackers a few months after I first started bullet journaling. I was browsing through Pinterest for new spread ideas and found a page where you could count the amount of water you had that day. Now, I have never been a big water drinker or drinker of much else really. So I thought I would give it water tracker bullet journal try.
So, believe me when I say — I did my research and tried to come up with as many ways as possible to fix that. Drinking water is a simple habit that significantly impacts your health and well-being.
