Last week I decided I wanted more of one of the types I bought, and I received it in 3 days! The retail store is fabulous, and this speedy delivery was way beyond my expectations! Thanks to Webs! I've been waiting 2 months now for my order. They placed the shipping information within a few days of ordering to make it seem like they shipped it, but I've been waiting so long now and nothing has arrived. Even the tracking number I received from them shows that it never left the facility.

They've only made a mistake on one ball of yarn in the several times I've ordered which I kept because I didn't feel like sending back and exchanging though they offered. From the business.
