We offer high quality beef, fish and chicken dishes, including gluten-free entrees, with ample selections for vegans and vegetarians. Our chefs focus on local Southwestern flavors, with an occasional nod to our Cajun friends. Whatever you order, we're sure you'll want to come back. We have an organic garden located on-site, where we pick greens each day for our customer's salads. We also have an off-site greenhouse to lengthen our local, organic growing season.

Definitely would come back and recommend as a great Cafe to visit in Bright for plant-based eaters.
