To support your teaching and to develop your wjec secure of assessments, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering free access to all marked scripts from August. On this page you will find information and guidance regarding WJEC internally conducted assessments and the submission of internally assessed work. Internal assessments measure subject-specific knowledge and skills that cannot be tested by timed written papers, and currently include Non-Examination Assessment NEA , Coursework and Controlled Assessment. This page provides information regarding entry codes, the submission of preliminary and final entries, basedata, fees and other entries information. Centres must be registered with WJEC in order to make entries. Further information regarding registering with WJEC is available here. Full details regarding these processes including the relevant deadlines can be found in our Entry Procedures and Coding booklet. Late entries are those which are made after the amendment deadline, and very late entries are those which are made after the late entry deadline. Additional fees are charged for any entries made after each of these deadlines have passed. Information regarding resitting qualifications is available in our Guide to Resit Requirements. When making amendments to entries, centres must use the same entry method that they used when submitting their initial entries either via EDI or the secure website. This section provides information and guidance regarding conducting examinations, the receipt of exams stationery and question papers, the despatch of examination scripts, and the handling of any irregularities such as timetable clashes and late arrivals, wjec secure. Some examination candidates may be entitled to certain arrangements, to support them whilst taking examinations. A wide range of arrangements are available - e. All applications for access arrangements and reasonable adjustments should be processed using the online system Access Arrangements Online AAO used by all JCQ awarding bodies. This was done for any centre that has entries for a summer series where the submission of centre grades is required. If you have only just made your entries, then you should receive an invite email within a week of those entries being processed. This section provides information regarding e-assessment as offered by us. It covers what it is, what subjects are available and why your centre should consider e-assessment. Certain subjects offered by us have e-assessment as an option, others are compulsory. Where e-assessment is an option, there is no difference in content between on-screen and paper versions. We actively encourage centres and students to use our on-screen assessments. For subjects where this is optional, trialling e-assessment in no way commits you to using it for live examinations.
