Xemnas wields the power of "nothingness", which takes the form of non-elemental energy. In addition to expelling this energy in various forms, such as barriers and electricity-like arcs, he channels this energy into his weapons, red blades of energy called Ethereal Blades. He commands the Sorcerer Nobodies. He is also the original Organization's most powerful member. Xemnas's name is derived from the alias his human form took when he assumed the identity of his exiled mentor, Ansem.

Who wins here?
Kingdom Hearts was first released in , and in nearly twenty years, the series has added many prequels and sequel games, which further expanded the Kingdom Hearts lore. For these games, Xehanort was the franchise's main antagonist and is responsible for many key events during the Dark Seeker Saga storyline. Throughout the complex timeline, different versions of Xehanort would appear in several games within the series. With so many variations of the same character, here's an explanation of all the different versions of Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts. Xehanort was once a young Keyblade Master who was obsessed with how the world was first created by darkness.

The Nobody of Terra-Xehanort , and by extension Terra and Xehanort , Xemnas is an extremely powerful Nobody holding dominion over all other Nobodies in a vein similar to his Heartless counterpart Ansem, Seeker of Darkness. Being the founder of Organization XIII and apparently the oldest of Nobodies, Xemnas is truly emotionless and does not even remember what it was like to have these feelings. He claims that this allows him to have a clear understanding of the heart, but in reality, this has warped his mind into believing that only anger, hatred, and other negative emotions make up a heart. His lack of emotion deprives him of remorse over his actions, as well as the loss of the other members of the Organization. The only thing he truly cares about is Kingdom Hearts and his desire for power, and even laments it when it is damaged. However, on some occasions, he has appeared to value friendship, as he is shown to converse with the armor of Aqua in the Chamber of Repose and desperately seeks to find Ventus in the Chamber of Waking, although this is likely due to the influence of Terra within him. Unlike the other members of the Organization, Xemnas does not seem to want Kingdom Hearts for a true existence. Rather, much like his Heartless counterpart , he wants it to use it to obtain power and remake the universe in his image. This concept is furthered as Xemnas thinks that nothingness is the source of much power and does not seem to despise it in the slightest. This goal stems from that of one of his two original personas, Master Xehanort, whom also desired to unlock Kingdom Hearts for the same purpose in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.

He commands the Sorcerer Nobodies. Iiso New member. At one point, Xemnas and Roxas had a conversation, where Xemnas reveals to Roxas about Sora's existence and Xion's value before having him return back to his duties. And the fact that ansem retained his human form because he had a strong heart does mean he is really strong. Xemnas's Final Limit retains his barrier but Xemnas also creates two large powerful lasers from his hands that he fires around himself at a long-range that can heavily damage any enemy. Over the next year, Xemnas orders the remaining members to do all they can to create powerful Heartless for Roxas to defeat such as what Xaldin was doing to Beast. Obviously I don't have all the answers and I'm just theorizing here, but at that point in the story the X-blade had been formed, and it is only after that point that we see MX using his armiger-blade thing with all the other replica copies using their own pieces of it. In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix , in his first encounter as the Unknown, Xemnas also had the ability to encase himself in a blue ball of energy that made it impossible for Sora to attack him, and would also fire out a set of powerful lasers. The meta reason for it is that, most likely, Nomura hadn't planned that far with Nortless when they made the first game and then with Xemnas maybe didn't want to make the events of BBS TOO obvious so chose to give them both separate weapons but even just looking at the lore I think the main reasons why not are multifold. Also, one last thing. Xemnas: - Has a powerful shield. Sora questions Xemnas on what he did with Kairi, though Xemnas merely chuckles at his question. Xemnas is stronger then Ansem. In Kingdom Hearts III , Xemnas replaces his previous darkness and light-empowered hand-to-hand attacks with a Nothingness empowered swift spinning kick and he could release fissures of blue energy with his Ethereal Blades. Cause they have it, they are half Xehanort, indeed it is stated that they knew the plan when AX splitted, but on other hand they seem not Xehanort.

What do you think guardian is? At some point prior to his destruction, Xemnas' heart, which he had kept secret from most, is collected from the past by Young Xehanort and brought to the future to serve as a member of the real Organization XIII. I'm about to replay kh2 as I only completed it once when it first came out. Just shoot a million lasers at him, and BAM! Explore Wikis Community Central. If Roxas did it then yes, Xemnas could too. Sora and Xehanort retained their selfhood even after becoming Heartless. Before you post you should know two things. After failing to slay them with a massive fusillade of Ethereal Blades, Xemnas is slain when Riku and Sora, together, use Sora's Keyblade to "unlock" Xemnas, finally destroying him. Essentially, just a part of Sora in another form. His lack of emotion deprives him of remorse for his actions, as well as for the loss of other members of the Organization. Niisanchan New member. Xemnas to Kingdom Hearts ]]. Although Ansem is bringing help, Xemnas is more than capable of handling both of them. Fighting Vanitas is p irritating.
