This was just what I needed this morning. You should consider making a yoga for guys video. Something fast and sweaty in the beginning then a cool down with some serious mediation! This practice surprised me - movements I had not really ever done for lower back care. Lightens the mind too. Just like you, though, I also deal with hip pain and the only thing that has been working for me so far has been raising my knee to my chest, holding it, and bending down. Your "lower back body" sequence awaits, but I'm sending heartfelt thanks, Adriene, for demonstrating an upper back body sequence that has put my mind back in gentle communication with my limbs, breath and core.
