I've found this book at Waterstones in a special selection for Valentine's day and it looked like those guides to self-love for a very young audience from one of the many instagrammer out there I didn't know who Charlotte Greedy was from the outside. It was all very generic, the author's personality wasn't there sadly. This is a companion book that can really give support and just say that things will get better. I have followed Charlotte and her partner H for some time on Instagram. Made me laugh, cry and think about my own life! I think that this will be a book that I continuously pick back up off my shelf for those days you need a little nudge in the right direction.
