Both with a shared passion for simple but fresh and great tasting food, drink and social gatherings. After seeing a surge in small tap rooms and independent bars, a gap was evident that none specialised in simple, cost effective but delicious food where drinks complimented the food offering. Something about an authentic, fresh, Neapolitan style pizza ticked all the boxes. Fulfilling, delicious and demonstrating a specialised knowledge and skill to deliver the quality pizza the team at Craft and Crust brings. Make a booking. Our pizzas use the finest imported Italian products, including a combination of two different types of Napoletana approved flours. Our sauce is simply the very best San Marzano D. P Tomato and salt. Italians are very proud of their produce and products assigned the prestigious D. P Designation Of Origin accreditation must adhere to strict guidelines which governs where they are grown and how they are processed. San Marzano tomatoes are grown in the particularly fertile volcanic soil at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius which ensures they are bursting with flavour and rich in vitamins. The outcome speaks for itself.
We were seated at the front of the restaurant, which was spacious and as a result echoed smidge, with plenty of room on the table for drinks, pizzas and sides.

When I started writing food reviews, I was daunted at the idea of having to find 52 different restaurants to visit. Now, I don't mean literally as of course Lancashire is bursting with hundreds places to eat out, and thankfully I'm happy to see a large majority of them have survived the pandemic. My concerns were centred more on finding a subtle or obvious difference in each one, something that sets it apart from the rest. It got its moniker in tribute to the year the town's name was settled with the second part reflecting the food served and impressive range of craft ales available. It feels a little bit like you've walked into a tap room or beer hall when you first arrive, with two huge digital flatscreen menu screens displaying all beer buffs will expect in that kind of place - logo, the name of the brewery and beer or cider, its type IPA, bitter, lager, wheat, pilsner, pale ale, stout, porter , alcohol percentage and price. The interior is also the popular and cool industrial-chic style, with open brickwork, chunky wooden and metal piping shelves, steel surfaces and light fixtures and booth seating made out of woodchip, with some added shrubbery hanging from the ceiling and a fairy light-laden tree.

Triton shower on/off switch not working
And it was a revelation. It wasn't soggy or over-topped and we had no problem cutting it and picking each slice up without it all slopping back onto the plate. Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
