One person is dead after a fiery crash involving two tractor trailers on Highway west of Woodstock, provincial police say.

Provincial police have shut down the westbound express lanes on Highway in Scarborough due to an early morning collision. An OPP vehicle was involved in the crash, but the officer was not injured. OPP say they were responding to another call of a suspected impaired driver when the collision occured. A man from Mississauga whom investigators referred to as a "prolific driving offender" is facing up to 19 charges, including impaired operation, identity theft and breaching the conditions of his release. Toronto police say they're concerned for the safety of two missing children and they're seeking the public's help trying to find them.
