I had one of the cheap SAAS wheels from Autobarn installed with the steel centre and was told it was illegal. At the time I had the allen key in the car so I took it off and showed the officer the little ADR 10 Approved sticker that was on adr approved steering wheels back of it from the manufacturer and was let off, adr approved steering wheels.
