The Ethereal Workshop is a secret laboratory hidden inside Ethereal Island and uses revolutionary Structures to harness the powers of Attunement and Synthesis and bring previously-impossible Ethereal hybrids to life! Read on to learn how to populate this Ethereal workshop.

Head to the Ethereal Workshop and help the Colossal reach its goal of creating a symphony of beautiful and mind-bending music! This courteous caretaker houses Meebs inside of its baton-like instrument and rhythmically twirls it to help the Critters make their enchanting sounds. Visit the new Island and discover four more Ethereal acquaintances! Double-Element Ethereals have finally arrived on the Colossingum with a series of brand new quests, costumes, and trophies to be won! These new permanent quests and affluent attire will be arriving on a bi-weekly basis, starting on October 19th! Now that you have experienced two rounds of Celestial Ascension, we are excited to introduce an all-new feature called Early Ascension! This new process will allow you to attempt to Ascend a Celestial with an incomplete inventory!

Ethereal workshop

It is accessible at Level 19 without any purchase, and was first released on October 11th, in Version 4. It appears to be located inside the head of the Ethereal Island Colossal , and uses new mechanics that require the use of the Mirror Islands and strange creatures called Meebs. The Island was added in Version 4. The Island is located in the Pocket Dimension , as Shards are its main currency. Ethereal Workshop has a unique mechanic to obtaining new Monsters not seen on any other Island. It utilizes two specialized Structures: the Attunement Structure and the Synthesizer. When you first get Ethereal Workshop at level 19, you will receive a free Meebkin egg ready to place from the Synthesizer. To start getting more Monsters, attuning Meebs are required. Meebs are a special type of critter that can absorb the energies of each Ethereal element. With the Basic Castle , 10 Meebs are available, with more becoming available for each Castle upgrade. Meebs are attuned in the Attunement Structure by traveling to different Mirror Islands. However, Mirror Islands are not required to be unlocked or purchased to attune Meebs. It will take Shards and time to attune a Meeb. You can also attune Meebs from one element to a different one.

When an Island resonates with the Attunement Structure, that Island will take only and 5 hours to travel to.

The Refined Synthesizer upgrade has made its debut! This is to accommodate for the instability present in more advanced Triple combinations and can even manage unstable Quad-Element configuration! This process is only possible by using an already-coalesced form to build upon…not to mention the Meebs and Shards!
