I installed this with a very small and light TV. It worked, albeit with an under performing motor that moved very slowly up and down. The other day it just stopped working.

Purchased this and had it professionally installed. Works find to lower TV; will not raise TV back up. Need to climb a ladder every time to reset the device for it to work. Have contacted Vivo previously and their only solution was to continue climbing a ladder and resetting it. We previously bought another electric VIVO mount that did not fit our tv.
