As far as I can identify, it's the Gary Fisher Procaliber with mostly original parts except for the new tires, seat, and the wooden puppy to fill in the missing stem cap. I'm not sure about the stem ControlStem and handlebar no marking but I have seen photos of the same stem on the same bike.
