This week, we drill down even deeper into one particular component of that glorious place that emerged near its final years: the infamous Cactus Club Happy Hour from 5 to 9pm every single day until the place closed. I appreciate restaurants that offer happy hours in the evening as well since I can rarely get away to enjoy some drinks during the day! Mom life, I guess…. Anyways, one member of our party is a vegetarian so Cactus Club was the perfect place for us to meet for a catch up session as they had plenty of items on both their regular and happy hour menus.
