The sample of the research; constitutes totally sixty-one students, thirty students in the 6A branch and thirty one students in the 6C branch who formed the scope and entered the physical education and sports classes of the researcher. Between the two classes, simple random sampling method is used to determine the style of instruction A style from the commonly used teaching styles with the students in the classroom and the participation E style style with the students in the class. The students in both classes are given a course curriculum in physical education and sports courses for sixteen 16 weeks. The courses are arranged according to the style of style E style with the students in the 6A branch and the students in the 6C branch with the 6A branch determined by simple random sampling method. At the end of the study, in Physical Education Trait Anxiety Scale is applied as a pre-test at the beginning of the study and as a post-test at the end of the study.
