Post a Comment. This was my first four mile walking workout, leslie 3 mile fast. I wasn't planning on doing a 4 mile yet, but Netflix sent it to me instead of the numerous 3 mile walks that were ahead of it in my queue. I'm doing the one month free trial for Netflix discs.
She leads the first and third mile, and Mary Kay an instructor at Leslie's studio teaches the second. Mary Kay is just as energetic if not more so than Leslie in this tape. The last mile also utilizes a resistance tube belt for increased upper body work. I have done this video twice with the belt and really do not care for it, I prefer to do it with little 2 to 3 pound hand weights which in my opinion work fine. The music is typical for a Walkaerobics tape, a lot faster in segments 2 and 3 though.

I did my first 4 mile walk with LS today. She is great, motivating in such a happy,kind, positive way. This DVD came with a workout band, you use it during the last mile. I am thinking about getting another LS dvd, to keep from getting bored. I do a different one each day. I am only doing 1 miles on weekday mornings because I walk to and from work 2. During Day lite savings time I have a walking routine that goes up a hill and is 3 miles. Excercise really makes a difference. As well have a library of them. Probably 10 or so. I cruise in August and decided to get off my rear and do something about this weight.

Last week I walked 42 miles with your tapes, I have been walking with your tapes since the first of the year and have lost 3 pounds. I did not take a waist measurement do you lose fat around ,then pounds. Today I had to push myself to do 3 mile I want to quit. Hi sweetie iVillage member nickname! Well, it's working! Now that the weather is getting better I will be able to go for evening walks. At first, it really helped, but then, I started plateauing. This walking workout would be a great addition to anyone's workout library. At least I don't want to be out in that type of weather.
