Livivo electric blanket

We have a Biddeford blanket with 2 controls. One control has an E showing with no heat. Can you help me out? By Bill B.

Mine shows E on one side and won't turn off the E remains on. Mary Ellen I did love this when it did work. Please help. So relieved.
