Stayed here before I flew out and had a lovely stay - every staff member I encounted was so kind and attentive. Considering this hotel is in the Tenderloin District well I'd say the boarder of it it was a pretty decent hotel for an affordable price. It was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights!
