And the worst thing? Those feelings tend to follow you around for the rest of the day. I remember exactly what it felt like when my alarm rang at 6am and I flew out of bed knowing I had 12 minutes to get organised and walk out the front door. A few times, I even left my train ticket on the kitchen bench and had to go back for it! I started the day with a sense of stress and that feeling was hard to shake as the day went on.
