It focuses on bringing higher resolution textures, and brighter colors, and although it also changes the lighting and the shadows in the game, there are more specific mods to improve the shadows and the lighting of the game. All the Faithful 32x pack does is making the game look nicer.

The Faithful resource pack is a classic, which all other texture packs in its category are compared to. This is not only because Faithful was one of the first of its kind, but also because it succeeds so thoroughly at its singular goal: upscaling the default textures to double the resolution, while keeping everything that Minecraft players love about the default game. Some may find this approach underwhelming, but for others, this is the perfect balance. It therefore comes highly recommended to anyone who already like how Minecraft looks. Faithful was originally developed by a user known as Vattic, who later stopped development of the pack.

The official repository for the Bedrock version of Faithful 32x. For me it worked fine when i unziped the file and put the folder inside the resource pack folder. Every other texture pack I own is now updated, except for yours.
