I bought their Aegis chair via eBay, the chair arrived with one leg clearly longer than the other. I contacted the seller and they are willing to give me a partial refund to cover any cost associated with getting another leg, I'd prefer this to simply returning it as it was a good deal. I contacted Modway and they are refusing to help. They state " I'm not being rude or difficult, I'm trying to buy a part to fix something they sent out in useless condition. I'm always floored when a business would prefer to go this route- instead of the simply fixing their mistake they would prefer you go out a rant on the internet.
