Sorry I don't know how to help you, morrowind wizard staff. Anirne can be found in a room reached by levitation or some clever jumping just west of the entrance. One can also buy one from Edwinna Elbert. Procyon Nigilius in Wolverine Hall also owns one, but trying to take it from him will likely get the Nerevarine into trouble with the mages guild. In the contrustion set, both wizard staff and ebony staff are using the exact same files. I have no idea why this worked but it did Well that didnt work. I guess that didnt help you.
