Taking upwards of a minute for a download to start if I do it by "Download With Manager. And my downloads are frequently not completing. Was wondering if this is happening for anyone else or if it is just me? I did a SpeedTest and my speeds are normal. No other site is doing this so I only can assume it is on their end.

Misread the number, the reason you're getting crap speeds is because the non-premium Nexus servers are crap and frequently have connection issues. They don't care unless you pay.
